Malaysia’s answer to Public Order and Crowd Control, Police Brutality?

The Royal Malaysian Police have a specialised unit (FRU: Federal Reserve Unit) to deal with riots and public order with regards to crowd control. In this video passed to me by a friend, the FRU seems to be taking on a plethora of roles; being judge, jury and executioner.

The fact remains that the actions displayed by the members of the FRU was the exact kind of thuggish behaviour they were sent out to deter the civilians from taking part in.

Watch for yourself.

Malaysia, where the police rule by violence and threats of violence.
It’s no wonder that extrajudicial killings take place here, though heavily covered up by the authorities.
Altantuya is the perfect example. Mongolian girl gets kidnapped, then shot and blown up with C4 in a Malaysian jungle. By the professional police commandos that bodyguard the Deputy Prime Minister.
